Dominic and Hem-Young DeFazio are a husband-and-wife team that have been active, involved, and successful in real estate since 1981. Dominic’s early career saw a long stint as a corporate executive responsible for real estate investments, wholesale and retail trade, and finance. He has been a real estate broker since 1981.
Hem-Young was born in Seoul, Korea and graduated in the top 1% of her class. Hem-Young was licensed in real estate in 1987 after six years as a co-owner of Dominic DeFazio & Associates.
The DeFazios merged their company with Coldwell Banker in 1999, bringing them to the peak of market strength.
